OK... with RASTER 1 still closed

Go to IMAGE >>> CANVAS SIZE
Use these settings



Click OK



Go to LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER
Go to SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL
Go to SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 12
Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT

Flood fill with the 'weaver2' pattern
Go to EFFECTS >>> EDGE EFFECTS >>> ENHANCE

Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
Go to SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> EXPAND = 4
Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
Go to EDIT CLEAR

DESELECT

With your MAGIC WAND
Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 130
Feather = 0
Sample Merged = UNCHECKED

Select the 'weaver2' border

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1
Click OK

DESELECT



With your MAGIC WAND

Select the OUTER transparent area
Go to LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER
Flood fill with WHITE

Go to EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE EFFECTS >>> TEXTURES
Use the same settings

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL
Use the same settings

Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
Go to SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> EXPAND = 4
Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
Go to EDIT CLEAR

With your MAGIC WAND
Select the WHITE border
Go to EFFECTS >>> EDGE >>> ENHANCE

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1
Click OK


With your MAGIC WAND

Select the OUTER transparent area

Flood fill with the 'weaver2' pattern

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1
Click OK


Go to your LAYER PALETTE

Click on Raster2 to activate

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 0
Colour = Black
Opacity = 50
Blur = 0

Go to your LAYER PALETTE
CLOSE the MERGED layer



Go to LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE
Rename this layer "Merged 2"
Open the MERGED layer
Open Raster 1
SAVE YOUR IMAGE AS A .PSP (TUBE) FILE

You can now use this frame over again.

Let's add the image.

Go to WINDOW >>> DUPLICATE
Close the original Image

Go to your LAYER PALETTE

Click on the MERGED layer to activate



With your MAGIC WAND
Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 0
Feather = 0
Sample Merged = UNCHECKED

Click in the transparent centre of your image

Go to SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> EXPAND = 4

Go to your LAYER PALETTE
Click on Raster 1 to activate

Right click on the Title Bar of the "Symphony" image
and select COPY from the options

Go to your frame image
Right click on the Title Bar
and select PASTE INTO SELECTION from the options.
DESELECT


Go to your LAYER PALETTE
Click on the MERGED layer to activate

Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 6
Colour = Black
Opacity = 50
Blur = 5.94

DESELECT

Go to LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE ALL (Flatten)

Save as a .jpg image
and you're done *S*
