Extract tubes to a folder on
your computer
VPF Materials2: HERE
Download and extract 'goldfill1' to
your PSP Patterns folder.
Download and extract 'ita_gradient069'
to your PSP Gradients
folder.

On your COLOUR PALETTE
#1: Load solid BLUE ( #6268B8 ) in
foreground
#2: Load 'goldfill1' PATTERN in
foreground
Angle = 0
Scale = 100

#3: Load 'ita_gradient069' GRADIENT in
background
Style = LINEAR
Angle = 90
Repeats = 1
...... 
Open a new image 400 x 400
Transparent background
Go to LAYERS >>> NEW
RASTER LAYER
Flood fill with 'ita_gradient069'
GRADIENT
Go to EFFECTS >>> GEOMETRIC
EFFECTS >>> PERSPECTIVE VERTICAL

With your MAGIC WAND
Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 0
Feather = 0
Sample Merged = UNCHECKED
Select the TRANSPARENT AREAS

Go to SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY
>>> FEATHER = 2
Go to EDIT >>> CLEAR
Go to EDIT >>> CLEAR (again)
Go to LAYERS >>> NEW
RASTER LAYER
Go to LAYERS >>>
ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN
Go to SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY
>>> EXPAND = 4
Flood fill with 'ita_gradient069'
GRADIENT
Go to EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE
EFFECTS >>> BLINDS

Go to LAYERS >>> NEW
RASTER LAYER
Flood fill selections with GOLD
pattern
Go to SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY
>>> CONTRACT = 10
Go to EDIT >>> CLEAR
Go to EFFECTS
>>> 3D Effects >>> Drop
Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 75
Blur = 2
Repeat Drop Shadow

Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - (
minus ) 1
Click OK
DESELECT
Go to COLOURS
>>> ADJUST >>>
BRIGHTNESS/CONTRAST

On your LAYER PALETTE... CLOSE Layers 1,
3 and 4
Highlight Layer 2
With your MAGIC WAND select the
transparent areas... Use your SHIFT KEY
TO SELECT THE SECOND AREA.
Go to SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY
>>> EXPAND = 4
Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
Go to SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY
>>> CONTRACT = 40
Go to EDIT >>> CLEAR
Go to LAYERS >>> NEW
RASTER LAYER
Go to LAYERS >>>
ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN
Go to SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY
>>> EXPAND = 4
Flood fill with Gold Pattern
Go to SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY
>>> CONTRACT = 8
Go to EDIT >>> CLEAR
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 75
Blur = 2
Repeat Drop Shadow

Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - (
minus ) 1
Click OK
DESELECT
With your MAGIC WAND select the centre
transparent area

Go to SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY
>>> EXPAND = 4
Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
Go to EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS
>>> EYE CANDY 3 >>>
DROP SHADOW

REPEAT Drop Shadow changing DIRECTION to
135
DESELECT
Go to COLOURS >>> ADJUST
>>> BRIGHTNESS/CONTRAST

With Layer 1 CLOSED.. and all others open

Go to LAYERS >>> MERGE
>>> MERGE VISIBLE
Go to SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL
Go to SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY
>>> CONTRACT = 9
Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
Go to EDIT CLEAR
Go to LAYERS >>> NEW
RASTER LAYER
Flood fill with Gold Pattern
DESELECT
Go to SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL
Go to SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY
>>> CONTRACT = 3
Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 75
Blur = 2
Repeat Drop Shadow

Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - (
minus ) 1
Click OK
DESELECT
Go to SELECTIONS
>>> SELECT ALL
Go to SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY
>>> CONTRACT = 8

Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
Go to EFFECTS
>>> 3D Effects >>> Drop
Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 75
Blur = 2
Repeat Drop Shadow

Click OK
Go to EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS

Go to SELECTIONS

Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
Go to EFFECTS
>>> 3D Effects >>> Drop
Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 75
Blur = 2
Repeat Drop Shadow

Click OK
DESELECT

Go to LAYERS >>> MERGE
>>> MERGE VISIBLE
Open and highlight Raster 1
Flood fill with SOLID BLUE
Go to LAYERS >>> NEW
RASTER LAYER
Right click on the Title Bar of
"Oriental Beauties" tube
and select COPY from the options
Right click on the Title Bar of your
frame image
and select PASTE AS NEW SELECTION from
the options.
Go to IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 75%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is
UNCHECKED
Reposition the tube

Go to EFFECTS >>> SHARPEN
>>> SHARPEN
Go to EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS
>>> EYE CANDY 3 >>>
DROP SHADOW
Same settings
DESELECT
Highlight the MERGED layer to activate
Right click on the Title Bar of the
"Image 10" tube
and select COPY from the options
Right click on the Title Bar of your
framed image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the
options.
With your MAGIC WAND
Click in the centre of your image
Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT

Select your AIRBRUSH TOOL

Paint in selected area using the blue
'ita_gradient069'
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0
Repeat Drop Shadow

Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - (
minus ) 1
Click OK
Go to EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS
>>> EYE CANDY 3 >>>
DROP SHADOW
Same settings
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS
>>> INNER BEVEL

DESELECT
Go to LAYERS >>> MERGE
>>> MERGE ALL (Flatten)
That's it!!
