Still on Group Raster 2
With your MAGIC WAND
select ALL the areas surrounding the
central shape

Go to LAYERS >>> NEW
RASTER LAYER
Flood fill with the VIOLET colour

Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
Go to SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY
>>> EXPAND = 3
Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
Go to EDIT CLEAR
Go to SELECTIONS >>> SELECT NONE
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS
>>> INNER BEVEL
Use these settings

Click OK
Go to your LAYER PALETTE
CLOSE Raster 1 & 2

Go to LAYERS >>> MERGE
>>> MERGE VISIBLE
Go to EFFECTS >>> EDGE EFFECTS
>>> ENHANCE

With your MAGIC WAND
Tolerance = 0
and holding down your SHIFT KEY
select the 4 plain corners
Go to LAYERS >>> NEW
RASTER LAYER
Flood fill with the VIOLET colour
Go to SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY
>>> CONTRACT = 3
Go to EDIT CLEAR
Go to SELECTIONS >>> SELECT NONE
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS
>>> INNER BEVEL
Use the last settings
Click OK
Go to LAYERS >>> MERGE
>>> MERGE VISIBLE
With your MAGIC WAND
and holding down your SHIFT KEY
select the 4 plain corners
Flood fill with the VIOLET colour
Go to EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE
EFFECTS >>> BLINDS
Use these settings
COLOUR = ( #B7ABB5 )

Click OK
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS
>>> INNER BEVEL

Click OK
Go to SELECTIONS >>> SELECT NONE
(Your image will be clearer of course)

Save as .psp (tube) file

Okey dokey... let's add our image
Go to your LAYER PALETTE
OPEN and activate Layer 1 (the black
layer)
Go to LAYERS >>> NEW
RASTER LAYER
Right click on the Title Bar of the
"amandaandlance" tube
and select COPY from the options
Go to your frame image
Right click on the Title Bar
and select PASTE AS NEW SELECTION from
the options.
Go to IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 85%
Make sure "Resize all layers"
is UNCHECKED
Position the tube in the centre of your
image
Go to LAYERS >>> MERGE
>>> MERGE ALL (Flatten)

Go to IMAGE >>> ADD BORDERS =
SYMMETRIC 2
COLOUR = VIOLET
Go to
EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0
Repeat Drop
Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - (
minus ) 1
Click OK
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS
>>> INNER BEVEL
Use the last settings
Click OK
DESELECT
AND YOUR
FINISHED *S*
Resize to suit
I used "BICUBIC RESAMPLE"
BUT note that the stripes will change the
more you size down.
