Go to your LAYER PALETTE
CLOSE Tulips 3
OPEN Tulips 1 and click on it to activate




Go to LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE

Go to your LAYER PALETTE
CLOSE Tulips 1
OPEN Tulips 2 and click on it to activate



Go to LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE

Go to your LAYER PALETTE
CLOSE Tulips 2



Go to LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE
This is how your image should look
but with more transparent area showing
(wouldn't fit on my workspace *S*)




With your MAGIC WAND

Select the outer transparent area

Go to your LAYER PALETTE
CLOSE the MERGED layer
OPEN RASTER 2 and click on it to activate


Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
Go to SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 8
Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT

Flood fill with the TAN (Background Colour)

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL
Use these settings



Click OK





Go to ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN MORE

DESELECT

Go to SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL
Go to SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 10
Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT

Go to EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE EFFECTS >>> BLINDS
COLOUR = ( #9D827B )



Click OK


Go to EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW
Use these settings



Repeat DROP SHADOW
Changing direction to 128


Go to EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE EFFECTS >>> BLINDS
Use same settings BUT this time
check HORIZONTAL

Click OK

Go to ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN


DESELECT




Go to your LAYER PALETTE
Open ALL LAYERS

Go to LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE ALL (Flatten)

Go to IMAGE >>> ADD BORDERS = 3
COLOUR = TAN (Background colour)

With your MAGIC WAND
Select the TAN border

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL
Use these settings



Click OK

Go to EDIT >>> Repeat Inner Bevel

DESELECT

Go to IMAGE >>> ADD BORDERS = 3
COLOUR = BROWN (Foreground colour)

With your MAGIC WAND
Select the BROWN border

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL
Use the same settings
DESELECT


and you're done *S*
Resize to suit
using
RESIZE TYPE = Bicubic Resample
This lessens any distortion when resizing.
