Load SOLID BLACK in your foreground
Load the 'zilverpatroon' pattern in your
background using these settings

Open a new image 400 x 400
Transparent background
Go to LAYERS >>> NEW
RASTER LAYER
Flood fill with pattern
Go to EFFECTS >>> GEOMETRIC
EFFECTS >>> CIRCLE
Go to IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 80%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is
UNCHECKED

Go to LAYERS >>> NEW
RASTER LAYER
Change ANGLE on PATTERN to 90
Go to EFFECTS >>> GEOMETRIC
EFFECTS >>> PERSPECTIVE VERTICAL

Go to IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 80%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is
UNCHECKED

Go to LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE
Go to IMAGE >>> FLIP
Go to LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE
Go to IMAGE >>> ROTATE

Go to LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE
Go to IMAGE >>> MIRROR

Go to your LAYER PALETTE
CLOSE layers 1 & 2
Go to LAYERS >>> MERGE
>>> MERGE VISIBLE
Go to LAYERS >>> ARRANGE
>>> MOVE DOWN
Go to your LAYER PALETTE
OPEN and activate layer 2

With your MAGIC WAND
Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 0
Feather = 1
Sample Merged = UNCHECKED
Click in the transparent area
Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
Go to SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY
>>> CONTRACT = 15
Go to EDIT >>> CLEAR
Activate the MERGED layer
Go to EDIT >>> CLEAR
Go to SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY
>>> EXPAND = 3
Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
Go to EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS
>>> EYE CANDY 3 >>>
DROP SHADOW

Repeat Drop Shadow... Change ANGLE to 138
DESELECT

Go to LAYERS >>> MERGE
>>> MERGE VISIBLE
Change the ANGLE on your pattern to 90
With your MAGIC WAND
FEATHER = 0
Click in the OUTER transparent area
Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
Go to SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY
>>> CONTRACT = 3
Go to LAYERS >>> NEW
RASTER LAYER
Go to SELECTIONS >>>
INVERT
Go to LAYERS >>>
ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN
Flood fill with pattern
Go to EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE
EFFECTS >>> BLINDS

Repeat BLINDS effect ..this time CHECK
"Horizontal"
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS
>>> INNER BEVEL

Go to EFFECTS >>> SHARPEN
>>> SHARPEN
Go to COLOURS >>> ADJUST
>>> GAMMA CORRECTION

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS
>>> INNER BEVEL
Same settings
DESELECT
Activate the MERGED layer
Click in area outside 'frame'

Go to EFFECTS
>>> 3D Effects >>> Drop
Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 2
Colour = Black
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0
Repeat Drop Shadow
effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - (
minus ) 2
Click OK
DESELECT
Go to COLOURS
>>> ADJUST >>> GAMMA
CORRECTION
Same settings
Go to LAYERS >>> MERGE
>>> MERGE VISIBLE

Go to IMAGE >>> CANVAS SIZE

With your MAGIC WAND
Click in the OUTER transparent area
Flood fill with BLACK
Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
Go to SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY
>>> EXPAND = 2
Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
Change Pattern settings

Flood fill with PATTERN
Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
Go to SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY
>>> EXPAND = 3
Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
Go to EDIT >>> CLEAR
Flood fill with BLACK
CHANGE PATTERN ANGLE TO 180
Go to SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY
>>> EXPAND = 1
Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
Go to EDIT >>> CLEAR
Flood fill with PATTERN
Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
Go to SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY
>>> EXPAND = 4
Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
Go to EDIT >>> CLEAR
Flood fill with BLACK
DESELECT

You can save your frame for
multiple use as a .psp file now.
Now it's time to add your image
Go to WINDOW >>> DUPLICATE
Activate Layer 1
Open the "Portrait" image
Right click on the Title Bar and select
COPY from the options
Go to your frame image.... Right click on
the Title Bar
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the
options.
Reposition the image with your MOVER tool
so the whole head is showing.
Go to LAYERS >>> MERGE
>>> MERGE ALL (Flatten)
That's it! *S*
Save a a .jpg file
