Go to LAYERS >>> NEW
RASTER LAYER
Select your CUSTOM SELECTION
TOOL

and enter these co-ordinates

Flood fill with RED ( #AF0603 )
DESELECT

Go to LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE
Go to IMAGE >>> FLIP

Go to your LAYER PALETTE
CLOSE Raster layer 1
Go to LAYERS >>> MERGE
>>> MERGE VISIBLE
With the MERGED Layer still highlighted
Go to SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL
Go to SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY
>>> CONTRACT = 3
Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
Flood fill with the GOLD pattern
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Drop Shadow
Use the same settings
Click OK
Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to 1
Click OK
DESELECT

Go to LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER
LAYER
Open up your
"ivy_diamondaccents.psp" tube
(I chose the accent in the top right hand
corner..
you may choose any of the others if you
wish.)
To select the accent you wish to use...
Use your SELECTIONS TOOL
Draw a rectangle around the accent
then click inside the rectangle with your
mouse.
Right click on the Title Bar
and select COPY from the options
Go to your frame image
Right click on the Title Bar
and select PASTE AS NEW SELECTION from
the options.
Position the accent at the TOP LEFT of
your image

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0
Go to ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS
>>> SHARPEN
Go to EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS
>>> EYE CANDY 3 >>>
DROP SHADOW

Go to EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS
>>> SIMPLE >>> TOP LEFT
MIRROR
Click OK

Go to your LAYER PALETTE
CLOSE Raster 1
Go to LAYERS >>> MERGE
>>> MERGE VISIBLE
Go to your LAYER PALETTE
OPEN Layer 1
Highlight Layer 1 to activate
Open up your "Image59.psp" tube
or any other tube you may wish to use.
Right click on the Title Bar
and select COPY from the options
Go to your frame image
Right click on the Title Bar
and select PASTE AS NEW SELECTION from
the options.
Go to IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 80%
(OR NOT... depending on your preference..
if you are using the tube supplied... I
decided to leave it alone *S*)
DESELECT
Go to LAYERS >>> MERGE
>>> MERGE ALL (Flatten)
Now we'll add a couple more borders...
just to finish it off.
Go to your MATERIALS PALETTE
Load the "lace4.bmp" PATTERN in
your lower background box
Scale = 100
Angle = 0
Go to IMAGE >>> ADD BORDERS = 3
COLOUR = RED
With your MAGIC WAND
Select the new red border
Flood fill with the LACE pattern
Go to ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS
>>> SHARPEN
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0
Repeat Drop
Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - (
minus ) 1
Click OK
DESELECT

Go to IMAGE >>> ADD BORDERS = 2
COLOUR = RED
With your MAGIC WAND
Select the new red border
Flood fill with the GOLD pattern
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0
Repeat Drop
Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - (
minus ) 1
Click OK
DESELECT
AND WE'RE
DONE!!!!
Resize you image to suit
Save as a
.jpg file
