DPF Materials:
HERE
Download and extract "heckerb.bmp"
and "jb-s063_gold.bmp"
to your PSP Patterns folder.
Extract Corner22 tube
and Owls
painting to a folder on your computer
EYE CANDY3
Download and
extract ( from one of these sites ) to
your PSP Plugins Folder.

SIMPLE FILTERS
Download and
extract ( from one of these sites ) to
your PSP Plugins Folder.

On your COLOUR PALETTE
Load 'heckerb' PATTERN
into your background
Load 'goldfill1.bmp' PATTERN
into your foreground
SCALE = 100
ANGLE = 0
 ... 
Open a new image 425 x 425
Transparent background
Go to LAYERS >>> NEW
RASTER LAYER
Flood fill with gold pattern
Go to LAYERS >>> NEW
RASTER LAYER
Flood fill with'heckerb' pattern
Double click your SELECTION TOOL and
enter these co-ordinates
Go to IMAGE >>> CROP TO
SELECTION
Double click your SELECTION TOOL and
enter these co-ordinates
Go to EDIT >>> CLEAR
DESELECT
With your MAGIC WAND
Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 100
Feather = 0
Sample Merged = UNCHECKED
Select the WHITE area
Go to SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY
>>> SELECT SIMILAR
Go to EDIT >>> CLEAR
DESELECT
With your MAGIC WAND
Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 0
Select one of the black diamonds
Go to SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY
>>> SELECT SIMILAR
Go to SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY
>>> EXPAND = 2
Go to your LAYER PALETTE.. Activate Layer
2
Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
Go to EDIT >>> CLEAR
DESELECT
Go to your LAYER PALETTE
CLOSE LAYER 1
Go to LAYERS >>> MERGE
>>> MERGE VISIBLE
Go to IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 98%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is
UNCHECKED
Go to EFFECTS
>>> 3D Effects >>> Drop
Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0
Repeat Drop Shadow
effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - (
minus ) 1
Click OK
Go to IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 98%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is
UNCHECKED
With your MAGIC WAND... Select the OUTER
transparent area
Go to LAYERS >>> NEW
RASTER LAYER
Go to LAYERS >>>
ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN
Go to SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY
>>> EXPAND = 2
Flood fill with BLACK
DESELECT
Go to LAYERS >>> MERGE
>>> MERGE VISIBLE
Go to EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS
>>> EYE CANDY 4000 >>>
GLASS
1: Click on SETTINGS... select GLASS
TUBING
2: Click on BASIC tab and enter the
following settings
COLOUR = ( #C0C0FF )
Go to IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 70%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is
UNCHECKED
Go to EFFECTS >>> SHARPEN
>>> SHARPEN
Go to EFFECTS >>> SHARPEN
>>> SHARPEN
With your MAGIC WAND
Tolerance = 0
Select the OUTER transparent area
Go to LAYERS >>> NEW
RASTER LAYER
Go to SELECTIONS >>>
MODIFY >>> EXPAND = 2
Flood fill with MAUVE ( #C8C8E5 )
Go to LAYERS >>> ARRANGE
>>> MOVE DOWN
Go to SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY
>>> CONTRACT = 25
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS
>>> INNER BEVEL
COLOUR = ( #C8C8E5 )
Go to EDIT >>> Repeat Inner
Bevel
DESELECT
With your MAGIC WAND
Select the area indicated
Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
Go to EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS
>>> EYE CANDY 3 >>>
DROP SHADOW
Go to EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE
EFFECTS >>> BLINDS
COLOUR = ( #A5A2FF )
Go to EFFECTS >>> EDGE
>>> ENHANCE
DESELECT
Go to SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL
Go to SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY
>>> CONTRACT = 25
Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0
Repeat Drop Shadow
effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - (
minus ) 1
Click OK
Go to EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE
EFFECTS >>> BLINDS
Same settings
REPEAT Blinds Effect.. UNCHECK
'Horizontal'
Go to EFFECTS >>> EDGE
>>> ENHANCE
Go to LAYERS >>> NEW
RASTER LAYER
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Cutout
Go to LAYERS >>> NEW
RASTER LAYER
Flood fill with Gold pattern
Go to SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY
>>> CONTRACT = 3
Go to EDIT >>> CLEAR
Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0
Repeat Drop Shadow
effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - (
minus ) 1
Click OK
DESELECT
Go to LAYERS >>> MERGE
>>> MERGE VISIBLE
OPEN & ACTIVATE
LAYER 1
Go to LAYERS >>> ARRANGE
>>> SEND TO BOTTOM
ACTIVATE THE MERGED LAYER
With your MAGIC WAND
Select the CENTRE transparent area
Go to SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY
>>> EXPAND = 2
Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
ACTIVATE LAYER 1
Go to EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS
>>> EYE CANDY 3 >>>
DROP SHADOW
Same settings
DESELECT
Go to LAYERS >>> MERGE
>>> MERGE VISIBLE
Go to LAYERS >>> NEW
RASTER LAYER
Open up the Corner22 tube
Right click on the Title Bar and select
COPY from the options
Right click on the Title Bar of the frame
and select PASTE AS NEW SELECTION from
the options.
Go to IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 70%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is
UNCHECKED
Position the corner as shown below
Go to EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS
>>> SIMPLE >>> TOP LEFT
CORNER
Go to LAYERS >>> MERGE
>>> MERGE VISIBLE
Save for future use as a
".psp" image
~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~
If you are using the image supplied:
Go to WINDOW >>> DUPLICATE
Go to LAYERS >>> NEW
RASTER LAYER
Go to LAYERS >>>
ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN
Right click on the Title Bar of the Owls
image and select COPY from the options
Right click on the Title Bar of the frame
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the
options.
Go to LAYERS >>> MERGE
>>> MERGE ALL (Flatten)
Save as a .jpg image
