With Group Raster 2 still selected


Select your MAGIC WAND
Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 0
Feather = 0
Antialias checked
Sample Merged = UNCHECKED

Click in the centre of the image
Marching ants will appear as shown below



Go to LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER
Go to SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> EXPAND = 2
Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT


Go to EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> Eye Candy 3 >>> Drop Shadow
Use these settings



Click OK

REPEAT the drop shadow
Changing the DIRECTION to 326

DESELECT


Go to your LAYER PALETTE
Click on Raster 1 to activate

Go to LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER
Flood fill with the foreground gradient

Go to LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> SEND TO BOTTOM

Go to your LAYER PALETTE
Click on Raster 1 to activate
Reduce the OPACITY to 56




Go to LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE

Go to SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL
Go to SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT 3

Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
Go to EDIT >>> CLEAR
Flood fill the selected area with the background gradient


Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1
Click OK

DESELECT

Go to LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE ALL (Flatten)


Go to IMAGE >>> ADD BORDERS = 8 Symmetrical
COLOUR = WHITE

With your MAGIC WAND
Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 0
Feather = 0
Sample Merged = UNCHECKED

Select the WHITE border
Flood fill with the background gradient

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL
Use the same settings as before


Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = - ( minus )1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to 1
Click OK

DESELECT







Go to IMAGE >>> ADD BORDERS = 10 Symmetrical
COLOUR = WHITE

With your MAGIC WAND
Same settings

Select the WHITE border
Flood fill with the foreground gradient

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL
Use the same settings as before


Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1
Click OK

DESELECT





Go to IMAGE >>> ADD BORDERS = 8 Symmetrical
COLOUR = BLACK

With your MAGIC WAND
Same settings

Select the BLACK border
Flood fill with the background gradient

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL
Use the same settings as before


Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = - ( minus )1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to 1
Click OK

DESELECT






Go to IMAGE >>> ADD BORDERS = 2 Symmetrical
COLOUR = BLACK

With your MAGIC WAND
Same settings

Select the BLACK border
Flood fill with the background gradient

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1
Click OK

DESELECT


Resize to suit
If you resize... don't forget to sharpen the image.
or maybe not.... depending on your preference *S*

Save as a .jpg file
