Go to LAYERS >>> NEW
RASTER LAYER
Go to your MATERIALS PALETTE
Load the 'lyndiegradient022' into your
foreground box

and Solid TEAL ( #9DC2C7 ) into your
background box

Flood fill the transparent area
surrounded by the 'marching ants'
with the gradient
Go to SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY
>>> CONTRACT 5
Go to EDIT CLEAR
Go to SELECTIONS >>> SELECT NONE
With your MAGIC WAND
Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 150
Feather = 0
Sample Merged = UNCHECKED
Select the gradient border
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS
>>> INNER BEVEL
COLOUR = #A89090

Click OK
Select None
Go to LAYERS >>> MERGE
>>> MERGE VISIBLE

With your MAGIC WAND
Select the OUTER transparent area
Go to LAYERS >>> NEW
RASTER LAYER
Go to LAYERS >>>
ARRANGE >>> SEND TO BOTTOM
Flood Fill with the TEAL background
colour
Go to EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE
EFFECTS >>> BLINDS
COLOUR = #A89090

Click OK
Go to ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS
>>> SHARPEN
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS
>>> INNER BEVEL
Use same settings
Go to your LAYER PALETTE
Activate the MERGED LAYER
Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0
Repeat Drop
Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - (
minus ) 1
Click OK
DESELECT

Go to your LAYER PALETTE
Activate the RASTER 1
Go to EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS
>>> ADJUST >>>
VARIATIONS
Make sure MIDTONES is selected
Click on LIGHTER twice

Click OK
Go to LAYERS >>> MERGE
>>> MERGE VISIBLE
Go to IMAGE >>> RESIZE =

Go to IMAGE >>> RESIZE =

With your MAGIC WAND
Select the OUTER transparent area
Go to LAYERS >>> NEW
RASTER LAYER
Go to your COLOUR PALETTE
Left click on the foreground gradient
and UNcheck "Invert Gradient"

Flood fill the transparent area with the
gradient
Go to EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS
>>> ADJUST >>>
VARIATIONS
Make sure MIDTONES is selected
Click on LIGHTER twice
Click OK
Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
Go to SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY
>>> EXPAND = 4
Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
Go to EDIT CLEAR
DESELECT
With your MAGIC WAND
Select the new border
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0
Repeat Drop
Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - (
minus ) 1
Click OK
DESELECT
NEXT
