Divider Frame

You will
need the following to complete this
tutorial
CF_Materials.zip
Download and extract
the GRADIENT to your PSP Gradients
folder.
Download and extract the TUBES to a
folder on your computer.
Simple Filters
Download and extract
to your PSP Plugins Folder.
The VARIATIONS plugin
Extract it to your
Plugins folder.
You will find it in
your plugins (once it's installed) listed
as "ADJUST"
An image of your choice

Open up the "LS728div5.tub" and
the "corner.psp" tubes
in your PSP workspace and minimise.
Open a new image 550 x 550
Transparent background
Right click on the Title Bar of the the
"LS728div5.tub"
and select COPY from the options
Go to your blank image
Right click on the Title Bar
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the
options.
With your MOVER TOOL
drag the divider to the top of your blank
image

Go to LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE
Go to IMAGE >>> FLIP
Go to IMAGE >>> MIRROR
Go to LAYER >>>> DUPLICATE
Go to IMAGE >>> ROTATE = LEFT 90
With your MOVER TOOL
drag the divider image up and left
and position over the top of the upper
divider as shown below


Go to LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE
Go to IMAGE >>> MIRROR
Go to IMAGE >>> FLIP
With your MOVER TOOL
drag the divider image up
and position over the top right of the
upper divider as shown below

OK... now the lower divider has to be
repositioned...
With your MOVER TOOL
drag the divider image up and line up the
left hand side as shown
in the left image below.
The right hand side should then look like
the right hand image below.

Your image will now look like this...

Go to LAYERS >>> MERGE
>>> MERGE VISIBLE
~*~*~*~*~**~*~*~
With your SELECTION TOOL
Selection Type = Rectangle
Feather = 0
Antialias = UNchecked
Draw a rectangle around your frame image
Click in the transparent area inside the
rectangle..
this will select your entire frame
Right click on the Title Bar of this
image
and select CUT from the options
Right click AGAIN on the Title Bar
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the
options.
By doing this your image will now be
centred
Double click your SELECTION TOOL
and enter the following co-ordinates

This will create 'marching ants' just
inside the edge of your frame
