one of these sites ) to your PSP Plugins
Folder.

On your COLOUR PALETTE
Load 'PatternH~00_GxChic!.bmp'
into your background
SCALE = 100
ANGLE = 45
Load 'goldfill1.bmp' into
your foreground
SCALE = 80
ANGLE = 0
Open a new image 400 x 400
Transparent background
Go to LAYERS >>> NEW
RASTER LAYER
Flood fill with 'PatternH~00_GxChic!.bmp'
Go to EFFECTS >>> GEOMETRIC
EFFECTS >>> CIRCLE
Go to EDIT >>> Repeat Circle (6
more times)

Go to LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE
Go to IMAGE >>> ROTATE = LEFT 45
"All Layers = UNchecked

With your MOVER tool slide the top layer
to the L.H. corner
(I've darkened this image just for the
example... yours should be lighter)

Go to EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS
>>> SIMPLE >>> TOP LEFT
MIRROR

Double click your SELECTION TOOL and
enter these settings

Go to EDIT >>> CLEAR
DESELECT
Go to your LAYER PALETTE and close layer
2
With your MAGIC WAND
Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 125
Feather = 0
Sample Merged = UNCHECKED
still on Copy of Layer 2.. select the
coloured shape
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS
>>> INNER BEVEL
COLOUR = ( #E9ABB5 )

DESELECT

With your MAGIC WAND and holding down
your SHIFT KEY
select the outer transparent areas

Go to SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY
>>> EXPAND = 3
Go to LAYERS >>> NEW
RASTER LAYER
Go to LAYERS >>>
ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN
Flood fill with 'PatternH~00_GxChic!.bmp'
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS
>>> INNER BEVEL
Same settings
DESELECT
Go to your LAYER PALETTE
Highlight "Copy of Layer 2" to
activate
With your MAGIC WAND select the inner
transparent area
Go to SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY
>>> EXPAND = 3
Go to LAYERS >>> NEW
RASTER LAYER
Go to LAYERS >>>
ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN
Flood fill with 'goldfill1.bmp'
Go to SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY
>>> CONTRACT = 7
Go to EDIT >>> CLEAR
Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 60
Blur = 0
Repeat Drop Shadow

Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - (
minus ) 1
Click OK
DESELECT

With your MAGIC WAND select anywhere in
the patterned area
Go to SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY
>>> EXPAND = 3
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 60
Blur = 0
Repeat Drop Shadow
effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - (
minus ) 1
Click OK
DESELECT

With your MAGIC WAND select the inner
transparent area
Go to your LAYER PALETTE
Activate Layer 1
Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
Go to EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS
>>> EYE CANDY 3 >>>
DROP SHADOW

DESELECT
Go to LAYERS >>> MERGE
>>> MERGE VISIBLE
Go to your LAYER PALETTE
Delete Layer 2
Go to IMAGE >>> CANVAS SIZE

With your MAGIC WAND select the outer
transparent area
Go to LAYERS >>> NEW
RASTER LAYER
Flood fill with 'goldfill1.bmp'
DESELECT
Go to SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL
Go to SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY
>>> CONTRACT = 9
Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
Go to EDIT >>> CLEAR
DESELECT
With your MAGIC WAND select the gold
border
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0
Repeat Drop Shadow
effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - (
minus ) 1
Click OK
Go to EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS
>>> EYE CANDY 3 >>>
DROP SHADOW
same settings
DESELECT
With your MAGIC WAND
Tolerance = 50
Select the bottom right transparent area

Then holding down your shift key select
the rest of the OUTER transparent area.
Go to EDIT >>> CLEAR
Go to LAYERS >>> NEW
RASTER LAYER
Go to your COLOUR PALETTE
Change the angle on 'PatternH~00_GxChic!.bmp'
to 313
Flood fill the selected area with the
pattern
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS
>>> INNER BEVEL
Same settings
DESELECT
Go to SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL
Go to SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY
>>> CONTRACT = 3
Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
Go to EDIT >>> CLEAR
Flood fill with the GOLD pattern
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0
Repeat Drop Shadow

Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - (
minus ) 1
Click OK
DESELECT

Go to LAYERS >>> NEW
RASTER LAYER
Open up you 'Border" tube
Right click on the Title Bar and select
COPY from the options
Go to your frame image.... Right click on
the Title Bar
and select PASTE AS NEW SELECTION from
the options.
With your MOVER TOOL position it in the
top left corner as shown below

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = - (
minus ) 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0
DESELECT
Go to EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS
>>> SIMPLE >>> TOP LEFT
MIRROR
Click OK
Go to LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE
Go to IMAGE >>> ROTATE
>>>FREE ROTATE >>>
Right 90

Go to LAYERS >>> MERGE
>>> MERGE VISIBLE
Save as .psp file
Your frame is now ready for
'embellishments' of your choice
and for your image of choice.
