You will need the
following to complete this tutorial
Ballet Materials:
HERE
Download and extract 'goldfill1'
and 'UTCI_F_149P' to
your PSP Patterns folder.
Extract "imagen" to
a folder on your computer
EYE CANDY3
Download and
extract ( from one of these sites ) to
your PSP Plugins Folder.

XERO
( you may as well download all
sets since you'll probably use them)
Set_1
Set_2
Set_3
Set_4
Download and extract to your
PSP Plugins Folder.

In your MATERIALS PALETTE
Load the 'goldfill1' pattern in your
foreground
Load the 'UTCI_F_149P' pattern in your
foreground
... 
Open a new image 400 x 400
Transparent background
Go to LAYERS >>> NEW
RASTER LAYER
Flood fill with the goldfill1
Go to SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL
Go to SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY
>>> CONTRACT = 5
Go to EDIT >>> CLEAR
Flood fill with the 'UTCI_F_149P'
Go to EFFECTS >>> EDGE EFFECTS
>>> ENHANCE MORE
Go to SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY
>>> CONTRACT = 5
Go to EDIT >>> CLEAR
Flood fill with the goldfill1
Go to SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY
>>> CONTRACT = 5
Go to EDIT >>> CLEAR
Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0
Repeat Drop Shadow
effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - (
minus ) 1
Click OK
DO NOT DESELECT

Select your DEFORM TOOL
Drag the centre right node to the left so
the top node is in line with the 320
pixel mark.

Drag the centre left node to the right so
the top node is in line with the 80 pixel
mark.

Close RASTER 1
Go to LAYERS >>> MERGE
>>> MERGE VISIBLE
Go to IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 93%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is
UNCHECKED
With your MAGIC WAND
Mode = Replace
Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 0
Feather = 0
Antialias = UNchecked
Sample Merged = UNCHECKED
Select the 2 outer transparent PANEL
areas
Flood fill with the goldfill
Go to EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE
EFFECTS >>> BLINDS

Repeat BLINDS effect but this time
UNcheck 'Horizontal'
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS
>>> INNER BEVEL
COLOUR = ( #FBDFD7 )

DESELECT
... 
With your MAGIC WAND
Select the outer transparent area
Flood fill with the goldfill
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0
Repeat Drop Shadow
effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - (
minus ) 1
Click OK
Go to SELECTIONS
>>> INVERT
Go to SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY
>>> EXPAND = 3
Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
Go to EDIT >>> CLEAR
Flood fill with the 'UTCI_F_149P'
Go to EFFECTS >>> EDGE EFFECTS
>>> ENHANCE MORE
REPEAT both Drop Shadows

Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
Go to SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY
>>> EXPAND = 8
Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
Go to EDIT >>> CLEAR
REPEAT both Drop Shadows
Flood fill the remaining transparent
border with the goldfill
DESELECT

With your MAGIC WAND
Select the INNER transparent area
Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
REPEAT both Drop Shadows
Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
Go to SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY
>>> EXPAND = 2
OPEN & Activate RASTER 1
Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
Go to EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS
>>> EYE CANDY 3 >>>
DROP SHADOW

DESELECT
Your image is now ready to
save as a .psp file if you wish to use it
over again.
Let's add an image
Go to WINDOW >>> DUPLICATE
Close the original frame
Go to LAYERS >>> NEW
RASTER LAYER
Go to LAYERS >>>
ARRANGE >>> SEND TO BOTTOM
Open up the 'imagen' image if you wish to
use it
Right click on the Title Bar and select
COPY from the options
Go to your frame image ... Right click on
the Title Bar
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the
options.
(I used the DEFORM tool to
make it fit into the frame)
Go to EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS
>>> XERO >>> PORCELAIN

Repeat PORCELAIN effect
Go to LAYERS >>> MERGE
>>> MERGE ALL (Flatten)
Save your image as a .jpg file
and your finished *S*
