Go to EFFECTS >>> REFLECTION EFFECTS >>> ROTATING MIRROR




Go to ADJUST >>> SOFTNESS >>> SOFT FOCUS




Go to EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY3 >>> DROP SHADOW



Go to your LAYER PALETTE
Open your Background Layer
(The colours are distorted in the example below because the image
is reduced in size)




Go to LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE ALL (Flatten)

Go to IMAGE >>>> RESIZE






Go to IMAGE >>> ADD BORDERS = 3
COLOUR = BLACK

With your MAGIC WAND
Tolerance = 0


Select the BLACK border and
flood fill with the pattern

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1
Click OK

Go to ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN MORE

DESELECT

Go to IMAGE >>> ADD BORDERS = 3
COLOUR = BLACK

With your MAGIC WAND
Same settings

Select the BLACK border
FLOOD FILL WITH THE PATTERN

Go to EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE EFFECTS >>> BLINDS
Same settings
MAKE SURE THE 'HORIZONTAL' SETTING IS CHECKED

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1
Click OK

DESELECT

Go to IMAGE >>> ADD BORDERS = 2
COLOUR = BLACK

With your MAGIC WAND
Same settings

Select the BLACK border and
flood fill with the pattern

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1
Click OK

Go to ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN MORE

DESELECT

Go to IMAGE >>> ADD BORDERS = 1 (BLACK)


Resize to suit
Save as .JPG file.
