Download and extract
to your PSP Patterns folder.

Download and extract
to your PSP Plugins Folder
Right click and save this image to a
folder on your computer.

Go to your COLOUR PALETTE and
Load BLUE ( #A8D0F2 ) into your
foreground box
Load BLACK into your backgraound box
Select the PATTERN icon on your
foreground box and
Locate the 'annissa 31' pattern
use the settings shown below
........ 
Open up the Blue Rose image in your PSP
workspace
Go to WINDOW >>> DUPLICATE
Close the original image
Go to SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL
Go to SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY
>>> CONTRACT = 10
Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
Go to EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE
EFFECTS >>> BLINDS

Go to
EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0
Repeat Drop
Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - (
minus ) 1
Click OK
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 6
Colour = Black
Opacity = 60
Blur = 8.2
Go to EFFECTS >>> ARTISTIC
EFFECTS >>> ENAMEL

Go to EFFECTS >>> EDGE
>>> ENHANCE
DESELECT

Go to IMAGE >>> ADD BORDERS = 10
With your MAGIC WAND
Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 0
Feather = 0
Sample Merged = UNCHECKED
Select the BLACK border and
flood fill with the pattern.
Go to COLOURS >>> COLOURIZE

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0
Repeat Drop
Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - (
minus ) 1
Click OK
Go to
EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS
>>> INNER BEVEL

Click OK
Go to EDIT >>>REPEAT INNER BEVEL
DESELECT

Click on the arrows between the
foreground and background colours
at the top of your COLOUR PALETTE
so that the BLUE is now your BACKground
colour
Go to IMAGE >>> ADD BORDERS = 5
With your MAGIC WAND
Same settings
select the blue border
Go to
EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = - (
minus ) 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0
Repeat Drop
Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to 1
Click OK
Go to
EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE EFFECTS
>>> BLINDS
Same settings
Go to EFFECTS >>> ARTISTIC
EFFECTS >>> ENAMEL
Same settings
Go to EFFECTS >>> EDGE
>>> ENHANCE
DESELECT

Click on the arrows between the
foreground and background colours
at the top of your COLOUR PALETTE
so that the BLACK is now your BACKground
colour
Go to IMAGE >>> ADD BORDERS = 15
With your MAGIC WAND
Same settings
select the BLACK border
Flood fill with BLUE
Go to EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE
EFFECTS >>> BLINDS
Same settings
Go to
EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0
Repeat Drop
Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - (
minus ) 1
Click OK
Go to
EFFECTS >>> Sharpen >>>
Sharpen
Go to LAYERS >>>> DUPLICATE
Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
Go to EDIT >>> CLEAR
DESELECT
Go to EFFECTS >>> GEOMETRIC
EFFECTS >>> SPIKY HALO

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS
>>> INNER BEVEL
Use the same settings

DESELECT
Go to your LAYER PALETTE
Close the Background Layer
With the 'Copy of Background' layer still
highlighted and
With your MAGIC WAND
Tolerance = 200
Depress your SHIFT KEY and Select all the
blue areas

Go to EFFECTS >>> GEOMETRIC
EFFECTS >>> CIRCLE
DESELECT
