Download and extract
to your PSP Plugins Folder
Simple Filters
Extract to your
Paint Shop Pro7/Plugins folder
'weaver2' pattern
download
Download and extract
to your PSP Patterns folder.
Right click and save the
"BBpattern" to a
folder on your computer

Left click HERE to download the
larger version of the image below
and save to a folder on your computer.

Open up the 'BBpattern' in your PSP
wokspace, then minimise.
Open up your 'BritishBlue" large
image in your PSP workspace
Go to WINDOW >>> Duplicate
Close the original Image
Go to LAYERS >>> Promote
Background Layer
Go to IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 55%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is
UNCHECKED
With your MAGIC WAND
Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 0
Feather = 0
Sample Merged = UNCHECKED
select the transparent area.

Go to your COLOUR PALETTE
Load SOLID Purple ( #9591BF ) in the
background box
and
SOLID Pale Lilac ( #D3E0EC ) into your
foreground box
Flood fill the selected area with the
Pale Lilac
Go to LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER
LAYER
Flood fill the selected area with the
PURPLE
Go to your AIRBRUSH TOOL
Use these settings

Spray a few
lines with the PALE LILAC as shown below

Go to ADJUST >>> BLUR
>>> GAUSSIAN BLUR
Radius = 9.90
Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
Go to SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY
>>> EXPAND = 12
Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
Go to EDIT CLEAR
Go to SELECTIONS >>> SELECT NONE
With your MAGIC WAND
Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 100
Select the new border
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0
Repeat Drop
Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - (
minus ) 1
Click OK
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS
>>> INNER BEVEL

Click OK
Go to SELECTIONS >>> SELECT NONE
With your MAGIC WAND
Click in the centre of your image
Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
Go to EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS
>>> EYE CANDY 3 >>>
DROP SHADOW

Click OK
Go to SELECTIONS >>> SELECT NONE

With your MAGIC WAND
select the area surrounding the centre
image.
Go to LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER
LAYER
Load the WEAVER pattern on your
foreground box
on your COLOUR PALETTE
Use these settings

Flood fill the selected area with the
pattern
Go to EFFECTS >>> EDGE EFFECTS
>>> ENHANCE
Go to SELECTIONS >>> SELECT NONE
Go to SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL
Go to SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY
>>>CONTRACT = 60
Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
Go to EDIT CLEAR
Go to SELECTIONS >>> SELECT NONE
With your MAGIC WAND
Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 180
Select the new patterned border
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0
Repeat Drop
Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - (
minus ) 1
Click OK
Go to SELECTIONS >>> SELECT NONE

With your MAGIC WAND
select the transparent area.
Go to LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER
LAYER
Load SOLID Purple ( #9591BF ) in the
background box
on your COLOUR PALETTE
Flood fill the transparent area with
PURPLE
Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
Go to SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY
>>> EXPAND = 10
Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
Go to EDIT CLEAR
Go to SELECTIONS >>> SELECT NONE
With your MAGIC WAND
select the Purple border
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS
>>> INNER BEVEL

Click OK
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0
Repeat Drop
Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - (
minus ) 1
Click OK
Go to SELECTIONS >>> SELECT NONE

With your MAGIC WAND
select the select the area surrounding
the centre image.
Go to LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER
LAYER
Flood fill with the pattern
Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
Go to SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY
>>> EXPAND = 5
Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
Go to EDIT CLEAR
Go to SELECTIONS >>> SELECT NONE
With your MAGIC WAND
select the patterned border
Go to
EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0
Repeat Drop
Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - (
minus ) 1
Click OK
Go to EFFECTS >>> EDGE EFFECTS
>>> ENHANCE
Go to
SELECTIONS >>> SELECT NONE

With your MAGIC WAND
select the select the area surrounding
the centre image.

Flood fill with PURPLE
Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
Go to SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY
>>> EXPAND = 5
Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
Go to EDIT CLEAR
Go to SELECTIONS >>> SELECT NONE
With your MAGIC WAND
select the Purple border
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS
>>> INNER BEVEL
Same settings
Click OK
Go to
EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0
Repeat Drop
Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - (
minus ) 1
Click OK
Go to SELECTIONS >>> SELECT NONE

Go to your LAYER PALETTE
Close Raster Layers 1, 2 and 3

Go to LAYERS >>> MERGE
