Go to LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER
Go to LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> SEND TO BOTTOM


At this point save your image as a .psp file
so that you can use it over again

Go to WINDOW >>> DUPLICATE
Close your original frame


Make sure Layer 1 is still highlighted
Flood fill with the DG064 pattern

Go to LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER

Open up your ANDROID TUBE

Right click on the Title Bar
and select COPY from the options

Go to your frame image
Right click on the Title Bar
and select PASTE AS NEW SELECTION from the options.

NOW this image is HUGE!!!

Position it so that just the upper (head & shoulders) section
is showning as in the image below



Go to EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW
Use these settings



Click OK
DESELECT

Go to your LAYER PALETTE
Click on the MERGED layer to activate

With your MAGIC WAND

Select the Centre of the image
Hold down your SHIFT KEY
AND also select the 4 corners



Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT

Go to EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW
Use these settings



Click OK
DESELECT

Go to LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE ALL (Flatten)


Go to IMAGE >>> ADD BORDERS = 2
COLOUR = BLACK

With your MAGIC WAND
Tolerance = 0

Select the black border

Flood fill with the GOLD pattern

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Use the same settings
Click OK

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to 1
Click OK
DESELECT




Go to IMAGE >>> ADD BORDERS = 12
COLOUR = BLACK

With your MAGIC WAND
Tolerance = 0

Select the black border

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Use the same settings
Click OK

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to 1
Click OK
DESELECT




Go to IMAGE >>> ADD BORDERS = 2
COLOUR = WHITE

With your MAGIC WAND
Tolerance = 0

Select the WHITE border

Flood fill with the GOLD pattern

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Use the same settings
Click OK

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to 1
Click OK
DESELECT


And that's the end...
Save your image as a .jpg file.
