extract ( from one of these sites ) to
your PSP Plugins Folder.

In your MATERIALS PALETTE
Load the 'goldfill1' pattern in your
foreground
Load the 'YWN-Bkgd-176' pattern in your
foreground
... 
Open a new image 400 x 400
Transparent background
Go to LAYERS >>> NEW
RASTER LAYER
Flood fill with the goldfill1
Go to SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL
Go to SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY
>>> CONTRACT = 5
Go to EDIT >>> CLEAR
Flood fill with the 'YWN-Bkgd-176'
Go to ADJUST >>> BLUR
>>> GAUSSIAN BLUR

Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 70
Blur = 0
Repeat Drop Shadow
effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - (
minus ) 1
Click OK
Go to SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY
>>> CONTRACT = 8
Go to EDIT >>> CLEAR
Flood fill with the goldfill1
Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 70
Blur = 0
Repeat Drop Shadow
effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - (
minus ) 1
Click OK
Go to SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY
>>> CONTRACT = 5
Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
REPEAT Drop Shadows
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS
>>> INNER BEVEL

DESELECT

CLOSE Raster 1 on your LAYER PALETTE
With your MAGIC WAND
Mode = Replace
Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 0
Feather = 0
Antialias = UNchecked
Sample Merged = UNCHECKED
Select the transparent area
Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
Select your DEFORM TOOL
Drag the TOP centre node down so the top
node is level with the 50 pixel mark.
Drag the BOTTOM centre node up so the
bottom node is level with the 350 pixel
mark.
Drag the LEFT centre node to the RIGHT so
the border edge is level with the first
border.
Drag the RIGHT centre node to the LEFT so
the border edge is level with the first
border.
(On the last 2 intructions make sure no
gaps are showing between the borders.)

Go to LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE
Go to IMAGE >>> ROTATE
>>> FREE ROTATE = RIGHT 90
If there are any gaps showing use your
DEFORMATION tool to drag the edges
together.

With your SELECTION TOOL

and making sure the top layer is
activated

Draw a rectangle as shown below on the
top LEFT of your image

Go to EDIT >>> CLEAR
DESELECT
The top of your frame should now look
like this.

Draw a rectange as shown at the BOTTOM
RIGHT of your image

Go to EDIT >>> CLEAR
DESELECT
LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE
With your MAGIC WAND
Select the transparent CENTRE area
Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
OPEN & ACTIVATE RASTER 1
Flood fill with WHITE
DESELECT

ACTIVATE THE MERGED LAYER
With your MAGIC WAND
Select ALL the WHITE areas holding down
your SHIFT key
Flood fill with the 'YWN-Bkgd-176'
Go to ADJUST >>> BLUR
>>> GAUSSIAN BLUR
same settings
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS
>>> INNER BEVEL
same settings
Go to EDIT >>> Repeat Inner
Bevel
DESELECT

With your MAGIC WAND
Select the transparent centre
Go to SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY
>>> EXPAND = 2
Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
ACTIVATE RASTER 1
Go to EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS
>>> EYE CANDY 3 >>>
DROP SHADOW

DESELECT
Your image is now ready to
save as a .psp file if you wish to use it
over again.
OR
Ready to add your image
Go to WINDOW >>> DUPLICATE
Close the original frame
Go to LAYERS >>> NEW
RASTER LAYER
Go to LAYERS >>>
ARRANGE >>> SEND TO BOTTOM
Choose your own image or use the one
provided.
Right click on the Title Bar and select
COPY from the options
Go to your frame image ... Right click on
the Title Bar
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the
options.
When you are satisfied
Go to LAYERS >>> MERGE
>>> MERGE ALL (Flatten)
Save as a .jpg file and you're finished.
