Match Colors In PSP With COLOR SPY

Here is a color wheel and an awesome tiny program called "color spy".  It's easy to use, nothing to install...(40k) just double click and this box appears.  Click on the arrow and hold, drag to the color you want, no matter where it is, desktop, graphic anywhere. 
A must for anybody doing matching colors on psp 

This is just a preview of the color chart...the actual chart is much larger.
